Customers Demos are not so different from usability studies. Over the years I attended hundreds of sessions and I can say that there's nothing like driving the demo by yourself.


Identified the need for a self serve effort and gathered relevant stakeholders.

Received consensus from stakeholders on building a Marketing demo vs a multi tenant tool such as other classic free trial tools out there.


Loaded off project as Marketing team took ownership and worked with an agency on implementation.
